St. John

Founder/Physiotherapist

Graduating in 2014 from University of the Western Cape.

St. John has over 10 years of experience in both professional rugby and soccer teams, private practice and aged care.

He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, where he focused on concussion and return-to-play in athletes, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from Deakin University. Both of which shape the way he approaches injury, recovery, and long-term health.

He takes a holistic view of fitness and health, recognising the connection between physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and that helping people live meaningful lives starts with a strong, resilient, and healthy body.
